It was not always this way. McGrane Global Centers was started by asking these two questions how come people hurt so much? What can we do about it?

When I was growing up both my parents had crippling low confidence and low self-esteem which they passed on to me. What made it even worse is I had a speech impediment that people made fun of in school. I slurred my S's and my T's and I had to go to speech therapy which was traumatic and embarrassing.

I did not do well in school. Everywhere I went I kept reinforcing that I was not capable of doing anything, especially talking so I became a people pleaser to compensate. I struggled to find out who I really was, my Godly purpose, and what my real gifts and talents were.

My first marriage ended in a painful divorce. Financial issues were looming. I just wanted to get rid of this pain inside my soul.

My breakthrough came when I discovered how to truly believe in myself and have genuine confidence and healthy self-esteem. I was no longer afraid to speak up and I finally found my voice and who I really was.

This put me on a quest that if I could grow then I could help others resolve their personal and professional issues so they could truly thrive loving themselves, have healthy relationships with their spouse, children, and have a successful career.

I researched and read all kinds of books. Not believing in divorce I did a deep dive into what caused failed marriages and how to heal them. I struggled with trial and error for many years. I realized God had given me a gift and an ability to quickly identify the core issues people were having and more importantly provide practical solutions that worked.

Now 47 years later I have put together easy systems and procedures so others can stop the pain and disappointments in their marriages and move into powerful fulfilling partnerships where people feel safe, whole, and cherished that provide deep intimacy and peace.

As a graduate from the University of Cincinnati and the Burklyn Business School of Entrepreneurs, I continue to serve as the President of McGrane Global Centers and share four children with my wife Linda.

Growing up I always wanted to be a doctor like my dad.  I did not want people to be struggling or hurting.  Even as a child I felt I could identify with them and wanted to help turn their feelings of pain into feelings of great joy, success and belonging.

Because of the pain I went through in my own divorce I have a passion to save marriages for their individual purpose in the Kingdom of God. I lived my life with a few bumps and barriers but mostly was able to get through them on my own willpower and drive, not realizing that what I was actually doing was giving up pieces of myself until finally there was nothing left. I had no more drive, and the emotional pain was so great I had totally lost myself and who I was. I tried everything! I was praying.  I was surrendering to God.  I was begging Him for answers.

The pain of my marriage was affecting not only myself but also my children. Finally, I had to push through my fear and get help!

The things that I discovered led me to sexual abuse, incest, narcissism, generational curses, emotional, and physical abuse. It was so hidden and overwhelming that I got physically ill. I had academic degrees in how to communicate but when it came to raising my own children and creating a happy marriage with the love of my life it all went out the window! Nothing I did worked, it all seemed to do nothing but get worse.

Over a 10-year period, I learned key principles from top medical doctors and psychologists; experts in their fields to transform relationships from deep hurt to joy and total ecstasy.  Discovering these answers brought my true self back.  Now I can live completely free to be me, out of the prison I had unknowingly created for myself.  Now I live in the financial abundance that God has for me fulfilling a forever dream, being a conduit for others as well.   Now I can truly enjoy connecting and bonding in deep fulfilling lasting relationships with my children, family, and friends in a way I didn’t know was even possible.

I have a goosebump marriage with my husband that gets better and better every day! I didn’t know how much emotional peace, joy, and freedom I was missing. Utilizing the principles, I learned living in God’s purpose and identity makes life a beautiful journey that awes me every day in new ways of His love, abundance, and glory in every aspect of my life!

Having a Masters and Certificate of Clinical Competence I enjoy providing tools and teaching to help couples bust through the brick wall of disappointment, isolation, lack of sexual intimacy, and deep pain so they can live in love, wholeness, peace, cherished, and safety to be themselves, and to discover the purpose of their marriage for God.

As a graduate from Northwestern University with a B.S. degree in communication disorders and a minor in psychology, I was propelled to obtain my master's degree from the University of Missouri and to pursue doctoral studies at the University of Wisconsin.

My Class A license for special education administration and a certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Disorders allowed me to work in the public school system, with visiting nurses’ associations, hospitals, mental health institutions, and in private practice. I also worked with a range of individuals, and large groups, on achieving personal growth, from one-on-one to managing as a director of special education.

After my divorce, I gained a Series 6 license as well as a life insurance license and worked as a financial advisor.  God called me out of the finance business to work with my husband Bill to transform and renew relationships.
