How long have you been in business?
The McGrane Institute, later named the McGrane Center for Personal Transformation, was started more than 45 years ago by my father, Bill McGrane Jr. My Dad offered several training programs focusing on building self-esteem, self confidence and overcoming low self-esteem.
After graduating from college, I began working with my Dad teaching self-improvement courses. Following his death in 1991, I became President of the company.
In 2008 we changed our name to McGrane Global Centers. We continue our great tradition of helping people make positive and lasting
changes in their lives, through our products and personal
transformation seminar programs.

What is your experience?
Bill McGrane III has more than 37 years experience helping people improve their lives. He’s considered one of America’s foremost transformational coaches and an expert in self-esteem and self-development training.
Bill has mastered the art of creating an atmosphere of Total Unconditional
Acceptance (TUA), which is essential to establishing the level of trust needed for true personal change.
TUA is the hallmark of the training programs offered by the McGrane Center for Personal Transformation.
Bill McGrane's credentials include a Business Marketing degree from the University of Cincinnati, exclusive training in the
Disney development methods and diplomas and certifications from the more than 3900 professional development seminars he has completed. He is a past member of the
National Speakers Association and is the past president of the Ohio Speakers Forum.
Bill currently serves as the President and Director of The McGrane Center for Personal Transformation. He and his wife, Linda, have four children and make their home in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati, Ohio.

Bill and Linda McGrane are not psychologists or therapists. Bill is a highly skilled peak performance and transformational coach with more than 37 years of experience. As a result of his work, Bill has acquired extensive skills to help people process through their life events in order to effect lasting and positive change. Linda has more than 35

“Making It Happen!” program includes two lunches and one dinner! Breakfast is often included at your hotel each day. Hotel and travel are not included.

What should I wear?
Wear casual clothes. Bring a sweater for air-conditioned rooms, and wear layers for heated rooms.

What about cell phones, PDA’s , computers, etc?
Bring them along, but you will be asked to turn off your cell phone and PDA’s during our sessions. Feel free to check your messages at breaks.
You will not need your computer at any of our sessions. Our hotels usually offer high speed Internet connections, but check with the hotel prior to arriving. We suggest you check your emails in the morning and evenings.
