Overwhelmed…
ByWhat do you do when you are feeling overwhelmed? As one graduate exclaimed RRRRUUUUUNNNNNN!!!!!!! Running only works for so long and the candle burning at both ends meets in the middle – what do you do then?
If you are feeling overwhelmed this week, go back to the simple process of goals versus intentions. An intention creates that long list of things you would like to get accomplished. Goals are bite sized tasks that can be completed within a specific time frame. Review your list of intentions and break it down to 1-3 things that you can accomplish daily.
Remember, if you love and accept yourself for who you truly are, you will realize you do not have to “do” to get others to love you…. just “be”. Enjoy the process!
