Our Christmas wish for you and your family
Posted by: | CommentsWe wish you and your entire family the very best during this season of love and family.
We suggest you give each person you come in contact with a gift of TUL, Total Unconditional Love. You can do this by experiencing the love you feel for yourself and pass that on to each person you see. Yes even those family memebers or relatives that have heart you. You choose to be empowered or a victim based on what choices you make. Be humble and find what you have in common with even the people you loath the most. Once you do this you will experience what this whole season is all about.
Watch as you share with them the 4/s. Soft eyes, soft words, soft touch with a soft heart.
Tiss the season to be joyful
Posted by: | CommentsYes, this is the season for peace on earth. How are you doing? No really,
how are you?
It’s important that no matter what is going on for you that you keep the peace and joy in your heat.
You say how can you do it with so much left to do? Focus on being a human being vs a human doing during this season of family and friends. And if you are feeling lonely or not as connected to others find what you can appreciate because somewhere in the world there are so many more less fortunate than you.
Another way to enjoy this season is to give the gift of you through affirmation. Write a card or loving letter to a family member or friend. The ultimate gift is to share your loving care to someone you have never met or does not expect something from you. There are so many lonely people now and you could be the spark that brightens their day.
You can energize your day by also affirming yourself. Do you feel like you have not been as well behaved as Santa might like you to be? Join the club we each can do better. Focus today on what you are doing well and see how your life improves by experiencing the blessing you are and sharing that loving energy with others. You and those you connect with will be better off today.
Count your blessings and trully enjoy this beautiful time of year.
Dessert First and Make Sure You Share It!
Posted by: | CommentsI was having dinner the other night with Linda and we decided to have dessert first! Have you ever tried that before? It is quite an experience and fulfilling since you are not full and studies suggest it may be healthier to do it first!
I said to the waiter who brought the extra spoon ”Oh, you thought I was going to share?” A few minutes went by as I enjoyed the incredibly delicious dessert when the waiter appeared with a very large spoon and a small spoon. He placed the large spoon at Linda’s place and the smaller spoon next to my place!
We both laughed and Linda used her large spoon to “share” my dessert. Things go alot better when you share even when you don’t expect to
