How he started: McGrane’s father founded the company more than 45 years ago, focusing on building others’ character. The younger McGrane taught self-improvement classes alongside his dad. “My father was a master communicator and taught me the art of asking questions.”
What’s your query? McGrane’s latest book, Just Ask! Success Can Be as Simple as Asking the Right Questions, addresses the art of drawing people out in conversation through questions. “If you don’t ask questions, you’re probably losing opportunities, both personally and professionally.”
